GRAVEL FILTER

ENVIRONTEC GF Gravel Fil↔§ πter is used for separating solid particles≠Ω≠, dirt and collecting condensate  ♥®$water from biogas, and a±↕λdditionally used as a ♠©≈♠safety device against back flame. I®±'t is always installed after dig≈↕esters or reactors.

STRUCTURE

EnvironTec gravel filter is designed as an air-t"₹ight double-chamber structure∑±. The filter is equipped with a large amou★&nt of gravels, and there are an automatic condensδ&ate water collection and a drain♣ ©$age device at bottom. A maintenance opening'δ>₹ for gravel discharge is provi≠₽ded.

The pressure gauges ar¥→₩e installed in order to observe the variati₹↓γon of pressure. Normally the gravel filter ₹®£should be flushed and cleaned↑βγ when the differential pressure has reached 3~5mb↓‍ ‌ar.
