STRUCTURE
The dry type desulphurization coσ"✔nsists of stainless s↓¥₹teeltank,filling mass, inlet a☆♥nd outlet hoppers, lifting device§&, double air tightness↑✘₩ valves, pressure andtemperature >δgauges, etc.
Desulfurizationtankis usuall♣ y designedinoneuseand onestandby. The sta✔↓ndby tankis put intoש☆π use when another tank₽£✔has to be bypassed toreplacethefillings. Environ↕↔tec has specialfillinginlet and outletwitεαh double air tightness valves deσ¶&sign, whichmeansthefillin±§gmass can be replaced continuouslywit©§↑hout down time.
PRINCIPLE
The raw biogasgoes fromthetopof desulfβ'urization tank through thefil↑↕ling mass(Fe2O3.H2O), with followingchemicalre ₹action.
Fe2O3•H2O + 3 H2S=Fe2S3+ 4 H2O
Fe2S3+ 3/2 O2+ 3 H2O=Fe2O3•H2O + ¶✘ 2 H2O + 3 S
EnvironTec DT is designed with pr≥∞↔€oper biogas speed and line speed. The inlet bελ₩∑iogas firstly reacts with the bo<"ttom high load filling mass to remove most part of H2S. Then the bigas g<§oes to the upper part with relatively cleaning↓§ filling mass for further fine treatment ₽☆↓. If thedesulphurizationf•≥illing mass changes its color,or if theλγ©£ pressure loss is too big, thedesulphurizatio✔₽₽↕nfilling mass need to be replaced wi♠&™$th new one.
It is necessary to install a co≥↕αndensate trap or gravel filter before the dry♥↑ε type desulphurization toseparatecondensate wat✔©÷≠er and prevent potentially back<↓> flame.
