FLARE
EnvironTec FA flare was first ↔ly designed by ENTEC in Austria (≥∏γsince 1992). The early applicβ→ation was designed for agricβ ultural farm projects. ✔✘In 2012, EnvironTec was selected a™✔↕&s the main flare supp↓® lier for the project of "China Rurφ'÷↑al Energy Ecological Construction" whic↔÷↔h was financed by Asian Development Ban✘&'εk (ADB) and Global Environment Facility (GE δ±F).
Due to the outstanding market per∑¶≤formance, EnvironTec was invited by→ ISO / TC255 / WG2 work★×ing group to provide exper←÷t advice for the Flare ISO standard.
APPLICATION
Emergency Flare (FAII )
An emergency flare i≠☆s always necessary when there are excessive ♥πbiogas, or during maintenance period of the bi♦αogas plant. EnvironTe★'≠c FAII flare is designed ≈Ω÷≤for best cost-effective.
Continuous Flare (FAIII)
To meet environmental emission requi≤•®←rement of certain projecε$ts, the biogas is mand£≤∞atory to be burned off all the↓§≥→ time. EnvironTec FAIII is desi¥≤♥gned for contentious burning 24 hβ¶↔♣ours a day.
High-Pressure Flare (FAIV)
High-Pressure Flare is used in pr↕ojects that biogas pressure is v∞'ery low, or sometimes with ne×™↓ gative pressure like theσ₹ Landfill job site.
CONTROL UNIT
The control unit consist•↓s of Siemens PLC $≈which can realize the function of auto®₽∞matic control via gas'" holder level signal, pipe pressure signal∞©≈, and remote control sλ↓∑"ignal. The operating signals i.e. operating, "±malfunction, valve open etc., can be transfe>rred to the upper control c∑↕entre.
A standard PLC ignition command includes ∑∏5 times ignition attempts. In a normal co<∏mbustion process, if the flame extinguiφ"shed, the flare can ∑£↓automatically recognize it and starts the next π≥£ignition cycle immediat↓♣<☆ely. A malfunction signal is given ♥₽↑εafter failure of 5 ti ☆mes ignition attempts. Malfunction♠ status can be reset on site or via remote con π±trol.
